This is the Free Church, Broadford (not the similarly-titled Free Presbyterian Church).

Letter from D C Logan to Sheriff Campbell.
Mr Macdonald has agreed to allow the Church to be built on the feu on the South side of the Broadford River.

He refuses to give the proposed site because he wishes it for residential houses as it faces the bay. He has already suggested other sites to [John] MacKenzie the Architect.
