A single roomed building, situated about 10m from the shore of Loch Broom to the SE of Badrallach, was recorded during the course of a pre-afforestation survey undertaken by J Wordsworth. The building, which has been identified as the schoolhouse, measures 7m in length by 4m transversely and now stands derelict. Lying to the S and E of the schoolhouse, there is an enclosure defined by an earth and stone dyke, which measures 130m by 30m transversely.
