A water mill comprising a rectangular structure, 10m E-W by 7m by 3m high, with a hole for a water-wheel in the W wall, against which there is a water chase. The river (sic) is diverted by banks.

The Mill of Corsbank is depicted as a corn mill on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map, (Caithness, 1872), sheet 1, and described in the ONB as 'a small corn mill with a dwelling house near it'. (Name Book 1872).
