Full Description

Centred at NH 704 370 are the remains of a field system marked by stone clearance heaps. The SW half has been ploughed and afforested.
Amongst the heaps at NH 7037 3696 are two adjoining enclosures, both ploughed through, with walls spread to 3.0m, and measuring 11.0m and 14.0m in diameter. Although somewhat reminiscent of hut circles, they are without doubt relatively modern.
Visited by OS (A A) 27 March 1973.
