Full Description
WWII anti tank blocks above the beach at Keiss.
A line of concrete anti-tank blocks runs along the beach at Keiss Links. It consists of a double row of anti-tank pimples in front of a single line of anti-tank blocks, with a road block at a point where the line is breached. On the top of one block the name 'A Hendry 7-1940' has been carved in the concrete. In some areas some of the blocks have now been removed and the bases of pillboxes and other defences were also noted (See ND 36SW 25 and ND36SW 30). <1>
