Pit-alignment, Ballaggan: Air photography has revealed the crop-mark of a pit-alignment running for about 70m from NW to SE immediately SE of Ballaggan farmhouse. There are indeterminate crop-markings to the E and SE.

At the E terminal of the pit-alignment, air photographs show the remains of a pitted enclosure (30m in diameter) with traces of an internal feature which may be a palisade; the relationship between
the two is unclear.
