OS 6"map, (1969)
A circular stone-walled hut measuring c. 11.5m in diameter between the centres of a wall mutilated by recent afforestation which has revealed the rubble core and displaced many of the outer facing stones. No inner face is evident. The ill-defined entrance is in the SE. There is no trace of contemporary cultivation.
Visited by OS (A A) 28 January 1971.
Attempts to locate this site in early 2008 were foiled by the density of the as yet unthinned plantation. <1>
