Full Description

Orbost Estate Survey - Hlink, refer to site 94.
On a level terrace 40m to the west of the forest track, at the foot of sloping ground. A small burn lies 30m to the south of the site. The massive stone foundations of a large, 15m diameter, hut circle. The walls are 2.0m thick, faced on both sides with stone slabs and increased in thickness to 3.0m at the south-east facing entrance. The site has been cut through by the planting plough and is now covered in trees and therefore difficult to see.
