Full Description

Dam.
Small concrete dam, with a central cut-out to allow overflow, constructed across the burn retained by the dyke of Feature 044 (above). The dam is 1m wide and has an arm extending 0.5m upstream on its E bank, and also has an outfall into an adjacent galvanised water tank, which possibly drains to the cisterns of Features 028 and 029 (above). <1>
