Full Description

Linear Boundary Dyke, NC 84866 to NC 84758 10756.
Row of roughly placed boulders lining the SW bank of a very small tributary of Allt Smeòrail, only for the length of its steep section up the steep face of the river terrace at 284852 910773, 10m to the NE of the enclosure of Feature 112 (above). From the edge of the river terrace at the top of the slope, a low, 0.7m wide x 0.3m high, grass-covered turf bank, with an associated boggy ditch on its N side, continues towards 295 degrees across the level area of former peat cuttings (of Feature 110 above) to the break of slope, from where it trends up the E-sloping hillside to 284758 910756, to end at its junction with the linear boundary dyke of Feature 100 (above). <1>
