Full Description

Enclosure (angular).
W corner of sub-rectangular enclosure, measuring 20m x 18m, the NW boundary of which runs into the wall of Feature 131 (below). The substantial enclosure walls are constructed of mainly grass-covered turf and stone, and survive to a maximum height of 1m and are 1m wide. The long sides of the enclosure trend 156 degrees and its SW side lines the top of the NE bank of a small, SE-flowing tributary of Allt a’Bhreac-achaidh. The enclosure interior is grassed, whereas the surrounding land comprises heather and reedy boggy ground, sloping gently SE. <1>
