Full Description
Enclosure (angular).
SW corner of rectangular enclosure, measuring 10m x 7m, set on the gently S-sloping, heather-covered NE valley-side of Ristocky Burn (see Plate 30). The stone walls are 0.6m thick and are almost completely covered in moss; the long sides trend 1620. The NE corner of the structure is chamfered by 1m, and the deep bracken and heather-covered interior of the enclosure is raised above the level of the surrounding terrain to the same 0.5m height of the retaining walls. <1>
