Full Description

Grouse Butt.
This U-shaped grouse butt is set into the E peat bank of Allt Ghimmer, using its gully as natural cover. The peat walls are 0.7m thick and 1m deep internally, with a leading exterior lip height of 0.3m. The U-shape is 3m x 3m, with its entrance opening to 214 degrees. <1>
