Small modern memorial in layby to crash victims of Flying Fortress crash in area in 1942. Photo - HAW 7/2003
A cultural assessment of the memorial was carried out by Headland Archaeology in 2012 at the request of the Highland Council in 2011 to inform decisions regarding a proposed windfarm at Bad a' Cheo. <1>
The site was also mentioned in the additional information produced in association with the Bad A' Cheo Windfarm Environmental Statement. <2>
