5898: SAM MP 2003: 1 tree growing out of it. S facing entrance c15m across with possible chamber in wall on N side.
Dornoch Heritage Soc Site S 24: Plan: c11,5m diam, wall spread to c3.5m. Simple entrance in S. A gap in N leads into attached U shaped annexe measuring 4.5m N-S by c5m, with wall spread to c 2m.
PD: Most massively constructed hut circle in woods… S facing slope, no attempt at levelling floor area. Slightly raised central platform suggesting hearth … quite marked holowing of floor in W quadrant… enclosure… tribal leader..
