A monument is marked at this location on the 1st & 2nd edition Ordnance Survey mapping. <1>,<2>
This monument was erected by Sir Hector Munro. It is visble from the road. In addition to the more famous Fyrish monument, there are two other smaller monuments nearby. The estate plan of 1777 shows other Indian Style monuments. <3>
