Full Description

Circular feature identified in reeds in field to the E of the farm, reported to SMR by Anna Welti. <1>

This site was visited during a walkover survey in May 2009. It was concluded that this is the same site as MHG7816. The surrounding ground contains no evidence for early field systems, although the far side of the Allt Creag a'Bhothain is covered in rigs. <2>

This is clearly not the same site as MHG7816. The vegetation is quite different and it is much closer to the farm than MHG7816. [IS-L 14/06/2017].
