Dovecot. Cylindrical, harled, conical slate roof. Dated 1783.
HBM 1964 (Scot Dev Dept).
The Inverness Field Club, led by Donald Coghill, surveyed a number of sites in the Aird area between 1987 and 1989. North of drive to Newton House, a doocote in the shape of a circular tower with a string course, the conical slated roof surmounted by a weather vane. On the south side a storm head window is positioned above the door. <1>
