Full Description
NH62NW 13 6383 2931.
At NH 6383 2931 set into a S-facing slope is a circular stone-walled hut measuring c. 10.0m in diameter between the centres of a wall spread to 2.5m. The ill-defined entrance is in the SE and is flanked by an
upright stone in the NE. The hut floor is partly occupied by a scatter of stones.
The hut occurs on the S edge of a contemporary field system marked by by stone clearance heaps, lynchets, and occasional ruinous walls,with occasional cultivation plots visible averaging 30.0m by 15.0m.
Huts surveyed at 1/2500.
