Full Description
Two of three discrete groups of small cairns (see MHG34374 for other). They were recorded by RCAHMS during a walkover survey of an area to the northwest of Kingussie was carried out in 1995 as part of their Afforestable Land Survey project.
At least ten small cairns, measuring up to 4m in diameter and 0.3m in height, are scattered across the ridge to the SW and W of the hut-circle (see MHG34370). A further six small cairns are situated on the N side of the plantation within the deer fence along the leading edge of the terrace (NH 726 017).
