An enclosure and two oval grass-grown mounds lie on a peat-covered terrace to the NW of Cnoc Rugail. The enclosure measures 4.5m in diameter within a low bank spread up to 1.5m in thickness. The larger of the two mounds, which may be a natural feature, lies about 5m to the NNE and measures 7m from NW to SE by 4m and 0.3m in height. The second mound lies 35m to the SE on the N side of an orthostatic wall partly buried in peat. It measures 5m from WNW to ESE by 3m and 0.4m in height, and several stones protrude around its edge. The surrounding peat has been cut over.
(Canna 462, 975-6).
Visited by RCAHMS (SPH, ARG), 6 April 1995.
