Two subrectangular huts lie on the line of a stony bank on the E side of the burn gully of Allt Lag a? Ghruimadeal. The huts are of similar size, the larger measuring 2m from NW to SE by 1.4m transversely within a stony bank 0.6m in thickness and 0.5m in height. Two stony mounds (NG 2652 0580 and NG 2661 0582) lie some 90m apart to the E and are separated by another stony bank; both are made up of small stones, which appear to have been piled up against large boulders, and, although they may be the remains of huts, it is more likely that they are the result of field clearance from the adjacent plots of lazy-bed cultivation (NG20NE 109.05).
(Canna 739-41, 947).
