(NH 6691 3530) Hut Circle (NR).
OS 6"map, (1965.

An oval stone-walled hut, noted by Woodham (Information from A A Woodham to OS 9 August 1963), measuring c. 11.5m E-W by c. 9.5m transversely between the centres of a wall spread to c. 3.0m at the rear increasing to c. 3.5m at the entrance in the E. The entrance, which may have been 'clubbed', and the E arc are mutilated by a modern wall. Recent field clearance occupies part of the interior. No trace of associated cultivation.
Visited by OS (R L) 13 January 1970.

Marked for preservation in an area due to be afforested.
