Full Description

A circular structure was recorded during during an NTS pre-afforestation survey of Kintail and West Affric in 1997. It was situated in a slightly sheltered position on a prominent terrace well above the river floodplain. It was at least 6m wide internally with a wall of boulders and turf spread to c.1m and c.0.3m high. It was interpreted as a roundhouse. <1>

This hut circle is visible in aerial photography taken 2013. <2>
