Location unknown. The second edition OS map shows a number of banks on Church Street. In the 19th Century (preceding the date of this reference to Ross's work) 'the south corner [of Bank Lane and Church Street] was occupied by the National Bank' (Pollitt, 'Historic Inverness', page 95).
