This single span stone bridge, now superseded by the nearby B862, is flanked on either side by a grass-covered stretch of military road. Although the abutments and under side of the bridge seem to be relatively sound, the upper courses of the stone work are incomplete and the parapet has not survived. The iron ties of the bridge may be an original construction feature.
M Logie (Highland Council) 1997; NMRS MS 1007/3.

1730-32. General Wade. Small single span rubble hump-back bridge; roughly tooled single arch ring; low roughly tooled
rubble parapet with some concrete repair and splayed approaches. Span; approximately 30'. Now by-passed by new bridge. <1>
