An area of peat cuttings was noted in a saddle between two knolls overlooking the eastern tributary of the Abhainn Poll Luachrain, during a pre-afforestation survey of the NE part of the Drimnin estate. The cuttings, which are obscured by heather growth, are spread over an area measuring 70m from NE to SW by 35m.
