Full Description

NH63SE 9 6558 3439.

(NH 6558 3439) Long Cairn? 58ft. by 26 ft. aligned east-west and 2 ft. high. Like others in the area it has been used as a dump for field clearance but unlike the others, which seem to be authentic pre-historic cairns, this is a possible exception.
Information from A A Woodham to OS 9 August 1963.

This appears to be a natural mound with field clearance stone on it. Visited by OS (W D J) 9 September 1963.

This is not a cairn but a natural knoll, which has been supplemented by relatively recent clearance.
Visited by RCAHMS (DCC) 19 March 1993.
