Two groups of tanks situated both E and W of the railway at Hoy Station which were built to provide aircraft fuel for Castletown, Wick and Skitten airfields. The pump room was underground on the W side of the railway and the four fuel tanks were on the E side. All the tanks on the E side have been removed. The pump room under a earth mound that is now grass grown. The site was also rail connected.
