A sheepfold to the SW of Wester Fearn.
Sheepfold marked on 1st ed OS. Rectangular with 4 compartments - HAW 11/2004
In 2014 ARCH provided a number of courses, field trips and other activities exploring and researching the remains of the 19th century engineer, road and church builder Thomas Telford. A project was undertaken in Kyle of Sutherland, during which many sites, some not directly related to Telford, were visited and photographed by participants. The drystane sheep fank is made of cut stone. It appears on both the 1st and 2nd edition maps, although is not labelled on the 2nd ed.map. <1>
