Full Description

The roofless shell of a building is situated in a plot between the Knock of Clune and the Glenbanchor road. The building measures 10.2m from E to W by 3.9m transversely within mortared-rubble walls standing to wall-head height. Two windows flank the door, which is in the centre of the S side. A back door and small window open through the N, and there are fireplaces in both end walls. There is a window in the W gable and a press beside the fireplace in the E end. The fragmentary remains of what may be two further buildings lie to the WNW and NNE. The building is depicted as roofed on both the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1872, sheet ci) and the current edition of the 1:10000 map (1972).
