61 High Street
This appears to have been a butcher’s shop for many years. Originally it was Harpers the Butchers and was then taken over in the 1960’s by John Butchart, Butcher. After Butcharts left Sandy Jack took over the business, running it successfully for some 40 years (Val Roll 1971/2,1985,1995). <1>
