Full Description

The remains of an enclosure wall known locally to have been a graveyard. All that remains now is a square platform 18.0m x 18.0m bounded on the N, W, and S by a slight scarp. The enclosure wall is evident and the E side is scarcely discernible. The interior shows slight hummocks, possibly graves, but a heavy growth of bracken prevents a true assessment. A few small prostrate slabs lie around, particularly near the NW corner where one of them bears a weathered incised Latin cross 11.0cms by 11.0cms.
Surveyed at 1:10000.
Visited by OS (J M) 20 September 1974.
