Full Description

The stone footings of a pre-clearance building, measuring 12 - 20m N/S and 11.1m E/W at the N end. The site has been cut by the Ryvoan track and only 4m E/W of wall remains at the south end. 4.3m from the south is a further wall, also cut by the Ryvoan track, 7.5m E/W. The dimensions of the feature suggest a dwelling with kailyard. The footings are obscured by heather and moss, but the SE corner and most of the east wall are clearly visible, standing to 0.33m. The site is on a low terrace, 55m due south of a large lime kiln. <1>
