A township comprising one partially roofed long building, three unroofed buildings, one of which is a long building, three enclosures and field and boundary walls is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxxii). An unroofed building, a sheepfold, three enclosures and field and boundary walls are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1967).
