Later 19th century; plain coursed rubble, 3 storey 7 bay building adjoining south wall of St Joachim's Church and linked to it at west canted gable by 3 giant pilasters and pediment. Gabled wallhead dormers; slate roof. <1>
A photographic survey was undertaken to comply with a condition on planning permission. The building had been converted to three flats. Flat 1 is to be converted for office use. <2>
