NH 7083 8541 to NH 7117 8478 A desk-based assessment and walkover survey were conducted in June 2002 for the Edderton Water Mains Renewal Project. The following previously unrecorded sites were located at Edderton:

A roofed farmsteading comprising one symmetrical roofed building enclosing three sides of a central courtyard is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire and Cromartyshire, sheet XXVIII, 1879). It is depicted as roofed, although the central court is not depicted, on the OS 1:10,000 map sheet (1992).
