Full Description
A small one-handled bowl of a material like steatite was found upon the Farm of Kinrara in trenching at a spot where according to tradition a battle took place. (? NH 863 085 - see NH80NE 6). It is 3 1/2" in diameter and 2 1/2" high with a corded ornament running three times round the bowl. Presented to Chichester Museum. According to Childe (Prehistory of Scotland 1935 246-7) these stone cups or ladles belong to that late Bronze Age.
