Full Description

A hut-circle, some lengths of field-bank and a scatter of small cairns are disposed across two grassy terraces to the S of the Allt a' Choire Bhig. Now grass-grown, the area has been denuded of heather by burning in the recent past, leaving many of the small cairns and the hut-circle free of vegetation. The hut-circle (URQ97 473), which is situated on the higher terrace at NH 4095 3273, measures 11m in diameter within walls 1.3m in thickness and up to 0.5m in height, and it has an entrance on the SE. (See MHG62709 for the field system and cairns) A burnt mound (NH43SW 40) lies to the SSW of the small cairns.
