Large wireless station shown on the OS 1:10000 scale map (1985) on the N-face of Clardon Hill. The station has several elements including masts.

Martin Briscoe comments that this was a post-war US Navy Communications Station, being the receiver site associated with the Transmitter and Control site at Forss. <2>
