ND24SE 55 26189 43825
This disused gravel-pit is situated immediately E of the Lybster to Watten public road, about 250m SW of the Loch of Camster. Oval on plan, the pit measures 9.5 from N to S by 8m transversely and it has been dug into the foot of the W-facing slope to a depth of 2.3m. Three boulders lie within its interior.
