ND34SW 210 33526 44426
This disused quarry is situated in a field of pasture about 80m WNW of Gansclet farmsteading (ND34SW 207). Irregular on plan, it measures about 23m from NE to SW by a maximum of 15m transversely and about 0.6m in depth. The quarry is not depicted on either the 1st or 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxix; 1907, sheet xxix).
