ND34SW 358 ND 30001 40796
This pile of field-cleared stones, previously identified as a burnt mound (Mercer and Hill 1985, WAR 83b; fig 88), is situated in moorland about 80m NW of the township of Whilk. Oval on plan, it measures 3.1m from NE to SW by 1.5m transversely and up to 0.4m in height.
