What may be the remains of a boathouse are situated on the SE shore of the Loch of Warehouse, about 15m from the outflow at the NE end. Roughly rectangular on plan, it measures a maximum of 9m from NNE to SSW by about 4.3m internally. Its wall forms a drystone revetment 1.1m in height where it is dug into the slope on the ESE, but elsewhere it is reduced to a low spread of slabs and boulders. On shore, this spread is grass-grown, but where it extends under the waters of the loch it has no covering of earth or vegetation. A spread of rubble that extends NW from the N corner for a distance of about 4m may be the remains of a jetty.
