ND34SW 414 ND 30465 41113
This disused quarry is dug into the foot of a steep, NW-facing slope 100m E of the late-19th century house at Warehouse famsteading (ND34SW 100.1). Probably opened to supply stone for the farmsteading and field-walls, the quarry measures 54m from NE to SW and is up to 8m in depth. The quarry is not depicted on either the 1st or 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxix; 1907, sheet xxix).
