Nothing is visible of this building, and its site lies in what is now a field of pasture 55m NE of Whaligoe Mill (ND34SW 119). The building is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xxix), but it is not shown on the 2nd edition of the map (1907, sheet xxix).
Visited by RCAHMS (JRS) 12 August 2004.
