Loch Broom [name centred NH 10 93].
Possibly on map sheets NH19NW or NH19SE.
Stornaway [Stornoway], 1st Dec. `The AERIAL [ARIEL?], McDonald, is on shore at Loch Brolum [Broom]. The ALEXANDER FORBES, Gowdie, from Dublin to Lerwick, during a heavy gale on 20th ult., at Tobermory, drove foul of the ÉCLAIR, from Memel to Galway: the latter lost bowsprit, foremast, and mainmast head, with other damage, dragged her anchors, and was towed into harbor. The ISABELLA, McKinty, sailed hence 17th, and was stranded at Long Hope [Longhope] on the 20th.¿
