A building was recorded at this location during a walkover survey at Stronlairig as part of an environmental assessment for a proposed hydro-electric scheme. It was marked on the 1992 OS map, but is not presenton the latest OS map or the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. The walkover survey did not trace the building, but the area has wooden sheep pens at this location, which are still in use.
