The remains of a building were recorded at this location during a walkover survey at Stronlairig as part of an environmental assessment for a proposed hydro-electric scheme. The remains consist of a concrete floor with a brick edge and a possible sump in the floor. This may indicate the building being a former garage. It measures 16.9m EW by 5m NS. The building is marked on the 1992 OS map, but not the latest OS map or the 1st or 2nd edition OS maps.
