NH50NW 16
A possible rectangular structure or platform, as part of the remains of a house or shieling, was recorded at this location during a walkover survey at Stronlairig as part of an environmental assessment for a proposed hydro-electric scheme. It is aligned E-W and is 8.3m x 4.5m, with a turf bank 0.7m wide and up to 0.2m high. There was no trace of an entrance. It sits with site NH50NW 15, to the NW, in an area of improved ground.
